Software development

Web development

Server-rendered and SPA web products built for speed, accessibility and search visibility. We specialise in complex multi-tenant platforms, administrative portals and public facing sites that must stay up.

What is included

  • Next.js, Nuxt and React front ends with server-side rendering
  • Go and Node.js APIs with sane, documented contracts
  • PostgreSQL schemas designed for real query patterns
  • Redis caching, queues and rate limiting
  • Elasticsearch for search, filtering and log analytics

How we would start

1

Discovery

Two weeks with the people who will use the system. We interview them, map the process, and write down what exists and what is missing.

2

Written scope

Requirements, acceptance criteria and explicit exclusions. A number attached, so you can compare it against other options.

3

Build and ship

A dedicated pod, weekly working software, and a demo of something real every sprint rather than a status report.

4

Operate and improve

Monitoring, maintenance and a monthly conversation about what to change next. We stay on the system we built.

Questions

What clients ask about Web development

The questions that come up before this kind of project starts. The same answers are published as structured data, so search and answer engines can quote them.

What does your web development service include?

Everything between a validated idea and a running product: front-end implementation, APIs, database schema, caching, search, deployment and the observability that keeps it up. We build both server-rendered sites and single-page applications, and we pick between them based on what the product has to do.

Will the website be fast and findable in search?

Yes, and it is part of the build rather than a later pass. We work to Core Web Vitals budgets, server-render the pages that need to rank, and ship semantic HTML, structured data, metadata, sitemaps and an RSS feed as standard.

Can you improve an existing website instead of rebuilding it?

Usually yes. We review the current stack, performance and analytics first, then recommend the smallest change that solves the problem. A rebuild is only the right answer when the platform itself is what is blocking you.

Let's build together

Tell us what you are building. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right team for it.

Send a paragraph about the problem. You will get a reply from an engineer, not a form letter, within one business day. If we are not the right fit, we will usually know someone who is.

What happens next

  1. 1 We reply with initial questions, a rough range and whether we are the right fit.
  2. 2 A call or a workshop with the engineers who would actually do the work.
  3. 3 A paid discovery phase produces a written scope and a number we can stand behind.
