Before you write

Questions we get before the first call

Reply times, NDAs, what makes a useful brief, and whether a small project is worth our time. These are the answers we give on the phone.

How quickly will I hear back?

Within one business day. Your message reaches an engineer rather than a sales queue, and it is read before it is answered.

Can you sign an NDA before we share details?

Yes. Send the document and we will sign it before our first call. If a call is hard to arrange, we can also work from a short written brief.

What do you need from us to quote a project?

A paragraph on the problem, who it is for, and any hard dates or constraints. A rough budget range helps us say honestly whether the scope fits. Existing briefs, designs or repositories are welcome and will be read before we reply.

Do you take on small projects?

Sometimes. Maintenance retainers, a focused feature build or a short technical review are all reasonable starting points. If the work is too small for us to do well, we will say so and point you somewhere sensible.

Let's build together

Tell us what you are building. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right team for it.

Send a paragraph about the problem. You will get a reply from an engineer, not a form letter, within one business day. If we are not the right fit, we will usually know someone who is.

What happens next

  1. 1 We reply with initial questions, a rough range and whether we are the right fit.
  2. 2 A call or a workshop with the engineers who would actually do the work.
  3. 3 A paid discovery phase produces a written scope and a number we can stand behind.
