We take a validated idea from whiteboard to a production system with an on-call team behind it. - [Web development](https://kiremt.com/services/web-development): High-traffic web platforms and portals. Server-rendered and SPA web products built for speed, accessibility and search visibility. We specialise in complex multi-tenant platforms, administrative portals and public facing sites that must stay up. - [Mobile app development](https://kiremt.com/services/mobile-app-development): iOS and Android apps people keep. Cross-platform mobile apps with offline-first data, background sync and store-ready releases. We build for low-bandwidth conditions and design the interface to stay usable on the devices our users actually own. - [UI/UX design](https://kiremt.com/services/ui-ux-design): Interfaces that survive contact with users. Research, interface design and design systems. We prototype early, test with real users and ship a component library your engineers can actually implement without guesswork. - [SaaS development](https://kiremt.com/services/saas-development): From MVP to multi-tenant scale. Product engineering for software businesses: metering, billing, tenant isolation, entitlements and the analytics you need to know whether the business works. We build the operational surface as well as the feature surface. - [Data analytics](https://kiremt.com/services/data-analytics): Dashboards and pipelines people trust. Warehouse modelling, ELT pipelines and dashboards that answer a decision rather than decorate a screen. Every metric gets a definition, an owner and a test. ### Outsourcing Extend your team with senior engineers, designers and QA. We plug into your repo, your standups and your release calendar. - [Staff augmentation](https://kiremt.com/services/staff-augmentation): Senior engineers inside your process. Vetted engineers who join your repositories and ceremonies on day one. We handle sourcing, payroll, equipment and performance management so you only carry the cost of the people doing the work. - [Dedicated teams](https://kiremt.com/services/dedicated-teams): A whole squad, managed for you. A cross-functional team: product owner, engineers, QA and designer, running your backlog. One monthly invoice, one accountable lead, one roadmap you can hold us to. - [Maintenance & support](https://kiremt.com/services/maintenance-support): Keep shipping after launch day. Proactive maintenance for products we built or inherited. Dependency upgrades, security patching, monitoring, incident response and a monthly report that says what changed and why it matters. ### AI solutions Applied AI that clears the bar in production. Retrieval over your own data, evaluations before launch, and a clear line between what the model does and what the code guarantees. - [AI automations](https://kiremt.com/services/ai-automations): Remove the repetitive middle of your process. We map a process, find the steps that do not need a human, and automate them with model calls wrapped in deterministic code. Every automation is measured on cost and error rate before it is switched on. - [AI chatbots](https://kiremt.com/services/ai-chatbots): Assistants grounded in your documentation. Support and internal assistants built on retrieval over your own content, with citations in every answer, escalation to a human when confidence is low, and an evaluation set that catches regressions before your customers do. - [AI analytics](https://kiremt.com/services/ai-analytics): Ask questions of your data in plain language. Natural language querying over a governed semantic layer, plus model-driven forecasting and anomaly detection. Answers cite the underlying rows, because a number nobody can trace is not an insight. ### Developer training Train your engineers in Go, React, Vue and Nuxt. We run workshops, code reviews and mentoring programs that leave your team more capable than they were before. - [Frontend training](https://kiremt.com/services/frontend-training): Master React, Vue and Nuxt. Deep dive into modern frontend frameworks with hands-on workshops and real-world projects. - [Backend training](https://kiremt.com/services/backend-training): Build scalable services with Go, Typescript and Python. Deep dive into backend development with hands-on workshops and real world projects. - [DevOps training](https://kiremt.com/services/devops-training): Build and operate reliable systems. Deep dive into DevOps practices with hands-on workshops and real world projects. ## Products - [Brtat](https://kiremt.com/solutions/brtat): An intuitive website builder for small and medium businesses, starting from thousands of templates. Built with Go, Sqlite, Redis. ## Writing - [Why Telegram bots are the right first channel in Ethiopia](https://kiremt.com/blog/telegram-bots-in-ethiopia) — Industry insights, 2 October 2026: Distribution decides which channel you build first, and in Ethiopia the channel is already installed. Here is the case for leading with a Telegram bot, what makes it cheap to build, and the two places it will disappoint you. ## Frequently asked questions ### How much does a software project cost? It depends on scope, so we do not publish a price list. Engagements start with a paid discovery phase that produces a written scope and a number we can stand behind. A focused build and a multi-quarter platform have very different budgets, and we will tell you early if your budget and your ambition do not match. ### How long does a project take? Median time to first release is six weeks from paid discovery kickoff. Discovery itself takes one to three weeks. A single-service engagement can ship sooner; a multi-tenant SaaS platform is measured in quarters. ### Do you work with clients outside Ethiopia? Yes. We work from Addis Ababa in East Africa Time (UTC+3) and overlap with European, Middle Eastern and North American teams, scheduling calls and standups in your working hours. English is our working language for delivery. ### Do we own the code and the intellectual property? Yes. You own the repository, the code and the documentation. Outsourcing engagements include an exit clause that transfers everything to you, and handover documentation is standard rather than an upsell. ### How does a project start? Send a paragraph about the problem. We reply with initial questions and a rough range within one business day, then meet with the engineers who would do the work. If it looks like a fit, paid discovery produces a written scope. ### What technologies do you build with? Go, Python, TypeScript and JavaScript on the backend, React, Vue and Nuxt on the front end, and PostgreSQL, Redis and Elasticsearch for data and search. Mobile apps are built with React Native and Expo, and infrastructure runs in containers as code. ### Can you take over a codebase you did not write? Yes. We start with a review of the code, the deployment process and the test coverage, and give you a written assessment before proposing any work, so you are not buying an open-ended cleanup. ### How quickly will I hear back? Within one business day. Your message reaches an engineer rather than a sales queue, and it is read before it is answered. ### Can you sign an NDA before we share details? Yes. Send the document and we will sign it before our first call. If a call is hard to arrange, we can also work from a short written brief. ### What do you need from us to quote a project? A paragraph on the problem, who it is for, and any hard dates or constraints. A rough budget range helps us say honestly whether the scope fits. Existing briefs, designs or repositories are welcome and will be read before we reply. ### Do you take on small projects? Sometimes. Maintenance retainers, a focused feature build or a short technical review are all reasonable starting points. If the work is too small for us to do well, we will say so and point you somewhere sensible. ### Do you offer internships? Yes. Our internship runs four months, is paid, and comes with a mentor and a scoped project. In the second half interns take deployment responsibility, and several of our current engineers started in the programme. ### Do you hire remotely? Some roles are location-flexible and some are based in our Addis Ababa, Hawassa and Bahir Dar hubs. Every listing states its location, and remote roles expect overlap with East Africa Time. ### What does the hiring process look like? Four steps over about two weeks: an introductory call, a technical conversation with the engineers you would work alongside, a practical exercise drawn from real work, and a conversation about terms. ### What should I send with an application? A CV or a link to your GitHub, plus something you built that you can walk us through and what you would do differently now. Send it to careers@kiremt.com with the role title in the subject line. ### Are salary bands published? Yes. Every full-time listing includes the salary band, so you know the range before you spend time on an application. ## Optional - [Sitemap](https://kiremt.com/sitemap.xml) - [Blog RSS feed](https://kiremt.com/blog/rss.xml) - [Robots policy](https://kiremt.com/robots.txt)
