Privacy policy

This policy describes how Kiremt Solutions PLC handles personal information submitted through kiremt.com. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

What we collect

• Details you enter in our contact form: name, email address, organisation and the content of your message.
• Technical data from serving the site, including IP address, user agent and request timestamps, retained in server logs for 30 days.
• No advertising or third-party tracking cookies. One Google Fonts stylesheet is loaded for typography.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry, which is the only reason we ask for it.
• To operate and secure the site.
• We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for 24 months so we can maintain continuity if you come back to us. Job applications are retained for six months. Server logs are deleted after 30 days.

Your rights

Write to [email protected] to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. We respond within 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Client contracts may specify a different governing law, and where they do, that clause applies.
